With nearly three decades of experience in international sport, I bring a proven record of leadership, governance, and strategic transformation. My career includes 26 years at World Archery and three years as Director of International Federation Relations at World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), where I successfully guided organizations through complex challenges and positioned them for sustainable growth.
At World Archery, I led the development and execution of a strategic plan that transformed the federation from a sport at risk of Olympic exclusion into a model of innovation recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Under my leadership, the organization achieved financial stability, compliance excellence, and global credibility. My work on the WADA Compliance Review Committee further strengthened my expertise in governance, risk management, and integrity—qualities essential for guiding any international federation in today’s complex environment.
I have extensive experience managing member relations and resolving governance challenges in collaboration with sport ministries, National Olympic Committees, and the IOC. This has allowed me to build a strong global network of sport leaders, including NOC Presidents and Ministers. Two principles I have consistently championed are:

Having worked across continents and cultures, I understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and adaptability in fostering trust and collaboration within a truly global federation. I believe sport is uniquely positioned to expand its global impact, especially in emerging Olympic markets.
